GLP-1 RA vs SGLT2iで
腎代替導入リスク HR 1.39（1.19–1.63）と有意に高値
（SGLT2iのほうがリスク低い）
全死亡リスクに有意差なし

特にeGFR <45やUACR >300で効果差が顕著な傾向あり
（ただし相互作用検定は有意ではない）
