米国行政データベース、安定期IBD患者約2,370人、ターゲットエミュレーション、後ろ向き

GLP-1RA（セマグルトチド/チルゼパチド）開始群 vs 非開始群で、

1年時のIBD再発リスク（入院・手術・ステロイド使用の複合）は、
5-ASA等使用群（Cohort 1）：RR 1.01（0.82-1.24）
高度治療等使用群（Cohort 2）：RR 0.80（0.55-1.15）

と、いずれの群でも再発リスクの有意な改善・悪化は見られず

安定期のIBDでは、GLP-1使用は影響はない様子。
