米国、GLP-1RA（セマグルチド・リラグルチド）の6ヶ月中断率に関する後向き観察研究（2018-2023年）
全1374人中436人（31.7%）が中断。
主な理由は副作用26.8%、費用14.4%、アドヒアランス不良11.2%。
糖尿病なしvs 糖尿病ありで中断リスクは、AOR 2.46（1.17-5.17）と高い。
性、年齢の関与はなさそう
