後ろ向きコホート研究（TriNetX、新規使用者、PSマッチ21,325組）、2型DM合併足潰瘍でGLP-1RA開始 vs 非GLP-1RA、平均61.9歳、BMI 36.8 vs 33.4

5年下肢切断リスク　HR 0.60（0.54-0.67）
PADなしだと　HR 0.21（0.13-0.33）
PADありだと　HR 0.97（0.78-1.20）
全死亡も低い（HR 0.48）

GLP-1RA使用は、下肢切断リスク低下と関連。既にPAD進行していたら関連消失。ただPAD重症度は保険病名でしか把握できず。
