GLP-1使用群vs非使用群で、
移植片喪失 HR 0.51（0.36-0.71）と49%低く、
死亡リスクも HR 0.69（0.55-0.86）と31%低い

一方、糖尿病網膜症リスクは HR 1.49（1.11-2.00）と49%増加
