1型DM：
NT-proBNP 125-300で HR 2.04（1.35-3.07）
NT-proBNP ≧300で HR 4.48（3.11-6.47）
２型DM：
NT-proBNP 125-300で HR 1.85（1.74-1.97）
NT-proBNP ≧300で HR 3.58（3.39-3.78）
心不全症状なくてもBNPレベル上昇は、将来の心不全または死亡リスクの高い予後予測因子である。
