・年間の低血糖入院割合は、2009年0.41%→2022年0.21%へ半減
・高齢（特に75歳以上）、低BMI、腎機能障害、インスリンやSU薬等の使用がリスク上昇と関連

レセプトベース後ろ向きなので、リスク因子は参考程度（ピオグリタゾンがリスク高いのは医療水準の問題もある？）
