台湾の国民健康保険DBを用いた大規模後向きコホート研究（ターゲットエミュレーション）

CKDのない2型DM23,234人、PSマッチ、1.2万人ずつ

SGLT2i vs 非使用者で、
CKD新規発症：HR 0.86（0.83-0.89）
顕性アルブミン尿：HR 0.85（0.82-0.89）
MACE：HR 0.84（0.76-0.92）
全死亡：HR 0.73（0.64-0.82）

いずれも有意にリスク低下。

透析導入　HR 0.46（0.20-1.06）だが、ｎが少なく有意ではない。
