低炭水化物食＋運動 vs 糖質制限なし＋運動で、
HbA1c：MD -0.18%（-0.43-0.07）有意差なし
空腹時血糖：MD -0.30 mmol/L（-0.67-0.07）有意差なし
インスリン、HOMA-IR：有意差なし
運動療法に糖質制限プラスしても、血糖管理や体組成に有意な追加効果は認めない
