維持血液透析患者70名（DM35名、非DN35名）
植え込み型心臓モニター +CGM　18ヶ月追跡

臨床的に有意な不整脈（徐脈性不整脈および心室性頻拍）は
DM12人（34%）、非DM11人（31%）で確認

グルコース値70未満は、
DM27人（77%）、非DM32人（91%）で観察

非DMにおいて、
低血糖があると不整脈オッズ 3.2 (1.5-6.6)と有意に増加
