2003-2015年に同大学病院を受診した20歳以上1型DM1172人中、
診断時年齢20歳以上、初診時罹病期間5年未満の482人を横断解析。
62％（n = 299）が急性発症1型DM
27％（n = 131）が緩徐進行性1型DM（SPIDDM）
11％（n = 52）が劇症1型DM
・劇症は全年齢で同等
・急性発症は高齢で少ない
・SPIDDMは高齢で多い
・SPIDDMのうちdefiniteは89%
